The CFGS (Higher Vocational Training Diploma) in Administration and Finance provides comprehensive training for people who want to work in the field of personnel administration and management, economic and financial departments and in customer service for clients or users of companies from different sectors (public or private). In addition, this same course also includes a module concerning the management of eSports companies.
The content provided in eSports aims to improve the competencies of the senior specialist. By studying the typology, regulations and impact of this industry, they can work in the areas of marketing, technology and operation management which are specific to this sector.
Learning in simulation enviroments
The programme has an eminently practical approach. Students learn in the classroom but above all, by doing tasks or solving situations such as those that will be found in their workplace in the future.
The UManresa simulation facilities allow different contexts to be reproduced to develop communication and management skills: first testing the students, and then evaluating individual and collective performances from recordings, at a later time.
Practical training, a guarantee of job opportunities
The students will start their internship in the first year, in order to get in touch with the world of the management of companies and institutions. However, they will spend more hours in their internship in the second year.

For many students, this programme can be a first step to go on to study the degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE). For this reason, the UManresa Professional Campus incorporates methodologies which are specific to university education which can facilitate this transition at the end of the CFGS (Higher Vocational Training Diploma).
The senior specialists of this CFGS can request the recognition of up to 60 credits of the degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE).
