What is the Erasmus+ programme?
Erasmus+ is the EU programme that promotes and supports education, training, youth, and sport in Europe. The Erasmus+ programme allows students from vocational training courses to carry out practical training in workplaces and companies in other countries, while also improving communicative competence in foreign languages, thereby enhancing skills and job prospects.
The Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE) is the Spanish National Agency for the development and management of the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union in the field of Education and Training: SEPIE
Where to do an Erasmus+ stay
Erasmus+ stays should be carried out at an educational institution with an agreement with the UManresa Professional Campus located in:
- Member States and Countries Associated with the Erasmus programme.
- Third Countries not associated with the Erasmus programme.
Call for Applications:
The aim of the call is to regulate the external academic internships carried out by students of the UManresa Professional Campus in collaborating entities for international internships.

Students who have properly enrolled in a Higher Vocational Training Cycle and have completed the first year can apply for and carry out an Erasmus Internship.
Application
To be able to carry out an Erasmus Internship, you must submit the Foreign Internship Application Form during one of the established periods.
The application to participate in these calls will be managed through the international mobility Moodle classroom, to which all students have access to.
The student must complete the application following the described procedure and must attach all the required documentation within the specified dates.
Application periods - academic year 2024/25
- Ordinary call (for stays starting between January and October 2025): From 1 November to 15 December 2024 (at 12:00)
- Extraordinary call (for stays starting between June and December 2025): From 10 February to 14 March 2025 (at 12:00)

Erasmus Student Charter
The Erasmus+ programme aims to support the educational, professional, and personal development of students and graduates who participate in it. It also strives to promote equal opportunities and access, inclusion, diversity, and fairness in all its actions. Additionally, it contributes to the EU's goals regarding digital transformation, sustainable development, and active citizenship. The ERASMUS STUDENT CHARTER reflects these values and priorities to adequately inform participants about their rights and obligations, ensuring the success of their mobility experience.

Documentation
Before the international mobility
All procedures must be completed, and all documentation submitted no later than 15 days before the scheduled start date of the internship.
Documentation to be submitted:
- Mobility insurance UVic-UCC or equivalent insurance from the affiliated or federated centre.
- European Health Insurance Card.
- Learning Mobility Agreement. Signed by all 3 parties.
- Collaboration agreement (REF05) and Activity Plan (REF06).
- Student commitment signed by the student.
- Erasmus grant agreement signed by the student.
- Confirmation of completion of the Placement Language Test (formerly OLS test).
- Information on the means of transportation planned to reach the destination where the internship will take place.

After the international mobility
The deadline for submitting the follow-up documentation form is 15 days after the scheduled end date of the stay.
Documentation to be submitted:
- Certificate of internship, signed by the internship provider.
- Erasmus evaluation report, signed by the internship provider.
- Confirmation that the EU Survey - Participant Report has been completed, which the student will receive by email.
- Proof of completion of the Ecological Trip, if applicable.
- Proof of completion of online training, for short-term stays
It is necessary to complete the internship management forms within the specified deadlines. Otherwise, the internship could be cancelled, or the appropriate academic recognition may not be received.
Remember you also have to fill in the Satisfaction Survey.
To undertake an Erasmus+ Traineeship, it is mandatory to subscribe to insurance that provides health coverage and travel assistance.
Contracting a negotiated mobility insurance for UManresa-FUB
UManresa-FUB requires that students contract insurance to cover accidents, illnesses, and repatriation for all those undertaking stays in other countries.
To contract this insurance, they must follow this procedure:
- Fill out the subscription form and make the corresponding payment to the account number detailed in the same document.
- Send the form and the proof of payment to the email address Elisabeth.castro@willistowerswatson.com
- Within 48 hours, they will receive a coverage certificate and an action plan in case of a claim. They can consult the coverage and characteristics of the insurance.

Requirements
To subscribe to mobility insurance, any student must be enrolled at the Fundació Universitària del Bages.
Cost
- Stay worldwide, except in the USA: €74.36
- Stay in the USA: €91.67
Additional Information
- The insurance cannot be contracted for periods longer than the mobility stay.
- This policy cannot be extended to family members of the enrolled student.
- In case of needing medical assistance, the beneficiary must contact the company directly (T. +34 93 300 10 50). It will typically be necessary to pay for the visit and then request reimbursement from the company.
- It should be noted that this policy includes round-trip travel and health assistance during the stay, but not other trips undertaken in between.
- During the stay, it is necessary to carry the coverage certificate with you.
How to proceed in case of accident
- Immediately call the Central Office (24-hour service) of the insurer: +34 93 300 10 50
- For greater efficiency and speed, when calling, the following data should be provided:
- Name of the insured person
- Policy number
- Location and telephone number where you can be reached at the time of the accident

The different grants from the Erasmus+ programme for internship stays aim to contribute to covering the expenses of travel, maintenance, accommodation, etc., for the participant during their stay at the collaborating internship entity. These grants do not aim to cover all expenses incurred by mobility but rather to collaborate in their financing.
The granting of Erasmus+ funding will only be effective if the participant travels to the destination country to carry out the internship.

Electronic signature
To process the documentation for your study mobility with the International Relations Office, it will be necessary to have a digital certificate to sign the documents electronically. If you do not have a digital certificate, you can obtain the IdCAT certificate for free by accessing the IdCAT website or at any of the municipalities and citizen service offices in Catalonia.
Enrolment
At the beginning of the internship, it is essential to have enrolled in the internship subject (mandatory or elective) linked to the international stay for which you wish to receive academic recognition.
Other procedures and expenses
Expenses and procedures related to travel, obtaining a visa, accommodation, meals, vaccine advice, or any other procedure that may arise will be the responsibility of the student.
