The FCScM process and procedure map considers a series of cross-cutting management processes and procedures, where management is carried out mainly by one or more services or centralized bodies of the UVic-UCC; others where management is carried out mainly by one or more services of the Fundació Universitària del Bages (FUBages) and another series of FCScM's own management.
The FCScM is a center committed to quality and continuous improvement, which is why the management model used seeks to follow the Continuous Improvement cycle (Deming cycle or PDCA), while considering the interrelationship established between the UVic-UCC transversal processes, the management processes of the FUBages and those of the FCScM.
