Montse Pedreira
Montserrat Pedreira Álvarez

Diploma in primary school education, degree in psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), Master in Teaching Science and currently finishing her PhD in Education.

 

Infant and Primary School teacher during 19 years in state schools in Catalonia, a task which she has combined with both initial training (UAB, Blanquerna, UManresa) and lifelong learning for teachers (CDEC, ICE UAB, ICE UPC, College of Doctors and Graduates, CP Palma, etc.).

 

Creator and pedagogical mastermind of “The Science Nest”, a place dedicated to science education for children up to the age of six in the Museum of Natural Sciences in Barcelona. Director of Studies of the Degree in Early Childhood Education of the Social Sciences Faculty in Manresa of the UVic-UCC and Director and creator of Lab 0_6.

Sílvia Mampel
Sílvia Mampel i Alandete

Degree in Sociology from the UAB (2004). Diploma in teaching, with speciality in the pre-school years from the UB (1988). Official master in Inclusive Education from the UVic (2011). Postgraduate Studies in Environmental Education from the UVic (1992).

 

Professor and coordinator of the Degree in Early Childhood Education of the Social Sciences Faculty in Manresa of the UVic-UCC. Coordinator of the university study programme for adults, FUB+Gran. Head of the educational programmes of the Collserola Natural Park (1988-2000).

 

Creator and pedagogical mastermind of the “House of the Little Ones”, a project for 3 to 6 year-olds in Collserola Natural Park and of the infant and initial educational programmes of the Can Coll Environmental Education Centre. Communication and Outreach Manager of Collserola Natural Park.

Degree in Philosophy (UAB), Master in Philosophy (UAB), MA in Philosophy and Psychoanalysis (University of Essex), PhD in Philosophy (University of East Anglia).

 

Professor of the Degree in Early Childhood Education of the Social Sciences Faculty in Manresa of the UVic-UCC. Lecturer of the Master in Intermediterranean Mediation: Economic Investment and Intercultural Integration, (a Master’s degree taught at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the Ca’Foscari University of Venice and the Paul Valéry University of Montpellier).

Jordi Cantons
Jordi Cantons Palmitjavila

Degree in Biology from the UAB (2000), DEA and Master in Biological Anthropology from the UAB (2004) and Master in Microbiology from the UB (2011). Currently studying for a PhD in Microbiology at the UB.

 

Professor and Coordinator of the Final Project of the degree in Early Childhood Education of the UVic-UCC Manresa campus.  Associate professor of the Bachelor in Education Sciences of the University of Andorra. He has also been associate professor of the Physiotherapy and Podiatry degrees of the UVic-UCC Health Sciences Faculty in Manresa.

Imma Brugarolas
Imma Brugarolas Criach
